Thescrapbookingstudio.com is a simple and easy to use internet-based retail scrapbooking store! As scrapbook enthusiasts, we love scrappin' our family vacations, spontaneous getaways, sporting events and more but always found it difficult to find unique scrapbooking products. Thus, The Scrapbooking Studio was created in 2008 we opened our retail store in 2009 and are ready to serve all your scrapbooking needs online. With a clear vision, our inspiration, devotion and love for scrapbooking has driven us to bring to our customers a wide selection of quality, brand name scrapbooking supplies for your scrapbooking and paper crafting needs.

How do I order online?
Browse our online catalog by using the navigation at left, or using the search. Once you have found what you are looking for, click on the order button to add to your shopping cart. You will see your shopping cart which will list the cost for each item and also show how many are in stock. You can change your mind later and easily add and subtract items from your shopping cart. We do receive merchandise daily, so please, check back to see if the item is back in stock. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. When you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart. You can remove items, add or subtract from the quantities ordered by using the buttons provided in the shopping cart.

How will I get confirmation that my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. You will receive a second email when the order ships showing total amount to be charged. This email will also include a tracking number if available.
How long does it take for an order to ship and what will the shipping charges be?
Shipping costs are calculated on the subtotal of your order.
We generally use UPS are USPS.
Shipments to PO Boxes must be sent via US Postal Service.
Shipments to military bases (take a few days longer) must be shipped via US Postal Service.
We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii via US Postal Service.
We do not ship to multiple locations, please submit separate orders.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order via email, as well as tracking numbers where applicable

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination.
When is my credit card charged?
Your order will be charged to your credit card upon acceptance of the order.
